Step 1

We’ll start with this character’s hair and cat ears when we begin this guide on how to draw Cat Noir. This character has a cool costume design, and we’ll be drawing him while rendering him in a dynamic pose. His hair is long and wavy, and you can draw it using multiple curved lines that link and end in sharp points.

This character has a cat theme in his getup, as his name suggests, and to create this theme we will also draw the cat ears of his costume. He just uses some more curved lines with spikes on top for these ears on top of his hair. That’s all there is to it for this first step, and then we can proceed to step 2!

Step 2

In this second portion of your Cat Noir drawing, we will draw the facial details of him along with the front of his body and arms. First, draw a round shape with two halves for the show under his hair. Inside this mask, draw a few small lines connecting on the left for the blinking eye, and then draw the open eye on the right.

Underneath this mask, you can use some small lines for the nose and smiling mouth and then outline the face around it. For his chest, we’ll draw many curved lines together to show the wrinkles in his suit under his face. Finally, for this step, bring his shoulder closer to his head and then add his arm behind his back.

Step 3

Continuing with this manual on how to draw Cat Noir, next, we will add his different arms and the facade of his legs. For the other arm, he will be represente with his hand outstretche next to his face. Do your best to replicate the lines exactly as they appear on our reference image to the best of your ability.

You can then draw his legs using some smooth curved lines. The left leg will be straight and extende. While the right leg will be bent back so that his foot is not visible on that leg.

Step 4

In this phase of your Cat Noir drawing, we’ll finish the shoe on the left before driving on to some final details in the next step. His shoes have a unique design, as they have edges near the top that stick out a bit.

Then the base of the shoe Choice is drawn with better curved and smooth lines as shown in the reference image. As we mentioned in the last step, we won’t be able to see the foot on the other leg, so now you can proceed to draw the last details in the next step.

Step 5

You are about ready to color your creation in the final step of this manual on how to draw Cat Noir. Though before you push on to that, you can finish the final details in this part. The main thing we’ll add is the ribbon-like part that extends from the cane that he holds behind his back.

This can be drawn with a long wavy line run from the side of the leg so that it appears to flow down from the solid cane. You can then finish this phase by adding some pieces of your own. One idea would be to draw a scene. If you do that, what setting would you choose for Cat Noir?

Step 6

Unlike her crime-fighting mate Ladybug, Cat Noir has a rather dark and muted color system in her costume. In our contact photo, we went with this approach using various shades of gray to count some type to the shade of this Cat Noir drawing.
